BB Tech Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through www.bbtech.shop. By placing an order with BB Tech, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1.0 Shipping Coverage 

BB Tech ships to all states in Malaysia, including:

Delivery timelines to East Malaysia maybe longer than Peninsular Malaysia. See Section 3 for details.

2.0 Delivery Timeframe

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Pos Laju and are not guaranteed. BB Tech is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

3.0 Order Processing 

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your parcel has been handed to Pos Laju.

 

Processing may be delayed in the following circumstances:

  • High order volume during sales events or public holidays
  • Payment verification issues — we will contact you via email or phone
  • Item requires additional quality inspection before dispatch
  • Incomplete or unverifiable delivery address

 

4.0 Our Courier Partner 

BB Tech ships exclusively via Pos Laju for all domestic deliveries. Pos Laju is Malaysia's national postal and courier service with nationwide coverage including Sabah and Sarawak.

 

Tracking your parcel:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch
  • Track your parcel at www.poslaju.com.my or via the Pos Malaysia app
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order, please contact us

 

5.0 Packaging and Handling

All refurbished laptops are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Our standard packaging includes:

  • Protective bubble wrap and foam padding
  • Sturdy double-walled corrugated box
  • Sealed tamper-evident tape
  • Packing slip with order details

 

BB Tech takes reasonable precautions to ensure items arrive in the condition described. If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling in transit, please refer to Section 8 (Damaged in Transit).

 

 6.0 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can track your delivery in real time via:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of the stated delivery date may not be entertained.

7.0 Damage in Transit

If your item arrives physically damaged due to mishandling during delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Do NOT dispose of the original packaging — it is required for any courier claim.
  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged outer box and the damaged item immediately upon receipt.
  3. Contact BB Tech within 48 hours of delivery at marketing@bbtech.com.my or 011 2888 2250.
  4. BB Tech will assess the damage and, where applicable, coordinate a replacement or resolution with Pos Laju.

 

Damage claims raised more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted. BB Tech reserves the right to request supporting photographs and evidence before processing any claim.

8.0 Failed Delivery and Return to Sender

If Pos Laju is unable to deliver your parcel (absent recipient, inaccessible address, incorrect address provided), the following applies:

  • Pos Laju will attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at the nearest post office for collection
  • If the parcel is returned to BB Tech as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery
  • Redelivery will incur a fresh shipping charge based on the applicable zone rate
  • If you do not respond within 14 days of our notification, BB Tech reserves the right to cancel the order with a store credit refund (excluding original shipping fee)

 BB Tech is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout.

 

9.0 In-Store Collection

Customers who prefer to collect their order in person are welcome to do so at our physical store. To arrange in-store collection:

  1. Select 'Self-Collection' at checkout (where available) or contact us to arrange.
  2. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection — typically within 1 business day.
  3. Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID for verification.
  4. Orders not collected within 7 business days will be returned to stock unless prior arrangements are made.

 

In-store collection is available during our operating hours. Please contact us at 011 2888 2250 to confirm current store hours and location before visiting.
